Each worksheet & factsheet set will be uploaded and available individually, and I will also offer it as a bundle (which would make a great project in Art / Design Technology / Fashion / Graphic Design). The sheets introduce lesser-known artists and designers, and feature on-trend sneaker styles. These sheets would be great either as a project, cover work, homework tasks, or self-directed tasks! This is an assessment I created to check progress and gaps in knowledge for KS4 students of the WJEC Hospitality & Catering course The resource contains the assessment, which is printer friendly, as well as all answers in PowerPoint format to allow for whole class revision and marking PLEASE NOTE: The Food & Nutrition resources were all designed in the 2020-21 academic year when I taught this subject. I created a huge number of Artist research factsheets during my PGCE. The information for these was all found on the internet (please note I have not reworded any, merely copied and pasted). The idea behind the factsheets was to have a bank of resources for reference, both for myself and for students. I have printed all of these out and have them in separate folders (relating to style of art/design). I have made great use of them during my time teaching in a young offenders institute, and the learners like to select their own designers for inspiration to develop their ideas. I created these key word displays and laminated them for use in my classroom. They can also be used laminated as small reference cards. I tried to make the words visually appealing and creative, in order to inspire and help learners recognise key words and their definitions. These work well in a secure setting, however I have no doubt that they would also work in mainstream education. Feel free to ask any questions!

This resource is from UNIT 02: LO1 - Understand the importance of nutrition when planning menus It covers AC 1.2: Compare nutritional needs of specific groups The resource includes all of the required knowledge for AC 1.2 in a colourful and easy to follow layout. There are over 100 slides included in the PowerPoint, which span a number of lessons (and thus reflects the price on TES) The resource includes: life stages, ethical groups, religious groups, medical conditions, allergens, activity levels and how to get a L2D Each subsection has a wealth of information and corresponding tasks to ensure students fully understand the content The resource also contains differentiated tasks for LPA / MPA / HPA I have started to create my own resources for Unit 02. As I create the lessons, I will upload them individually. Once I have a full Learning Objective uploaded, I will create a bundle! Please note: Some of the lessons are designed with online learning in mind, due to the current circumstances.
